Each module works from the same read-only data foundation, so every finding traces back to a source record you can verify.
Compares units in each inbound shipment plan against the quantities Amazon reports as received. Shortfalls, overages, and stalled receipts are flagged automatically and grouped into reports organized by shipment and SKU.
Tracks the item dimensions and weights recorded against your catalog and the fulfillment fees assessed on them. Changes that move a product into a different fee tier are surfaced so they can be reviewed against your own measurements.
Reconciles the FBA inventory ledger against shipment, receipt, and adjustment events so that every unit movement is accounted for. Unexplained differences are isolated and documented for finance and operations teams.
How it works
You grant the Multigraphite application read-only authorization through Amazon’s Selling Partner authorization flow. You can revoke it at any time from Seller Central.
Scheduled scans compare inbound, fee, dimension, and ledger records, applying the same rules every time so results are consistent and repeatable.
Findings are delivered as discrepancy reports with the underlying source records, ready for your team to review and act on.

Your seller data is the foundation of the service, and we treat it accordingly. Our architecture is designed around minimal access, strict purpose limitation, and documented handling.
We never sell, rent, or trade seller data. Data is used only to perform inventory auditing and ledger reconciliation for the account that provided it, and is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest.
The platform requests read-only Selling Partner API roles. It cannot create shipments, change listings, alter prices, or modify inventory in your account. Access can be revoked by you at any time in Seller Central.
We operate in adherence with the Amazon Data Protection Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy for the Selling Partner API, including defined retention limits, deletion procedures, and incident response obligations.
